Dark Matter eLiquid
Enjoy the wonderful flavor of our latest VapeSafe eLiquid - Dark Matter.
Dark Matter tastes like German chocolate cake. For those of you who have not had the fortunate to try a piece German chocolate cake recently, this is a great way to experience the flavor without getting any of the calories. German chocolate cake is a layered cake filled and topped with a coconut-pecan frosting. Traditionally sweet baking chocolate is used for the chocolate flavor in the actual cake. The robust filling and topping is a caramel made with egg yolks and evaporated milk. Once the caramel is cooked, coconut and pecans are stirred into the mixture. Finally, rich chocolate frosting is spread around the sides of the cake to hold in the filling.
Dark Matter eLiquid by VapeSafe captures the essence of German chocolate cake. Dark Matter eLiquid delivers plumes of vapor and rich chocolatey flavor that you'll want to enjoy again and again. Try Dark Matter today!

Summary: "The title says it all"
This is now my most used cookbook. Every recipe I have tried so far has been easy, low cost and really, really good. The sweet onion chowder is the best!

Summary: "Very Basic & Rather Repetitive"
I checked this book out of the library; I am not going to buy a copy. There are some good tips in this book - those were worth reading -- most of them were not new to me but a few were, and some were even inspiring. The recipes themselves were generally under-seasoned (1/8th of a tsp of just about anything - other than perhaps salt in a baking recipe - is really not going to season or flavor anything). The recipes also tended to repeat ingredients rather excessively -- I can imagine many of the dishes in the various chapters that call for a combination of the same 4-5 ingredients used in pretty much the same way/method would predictably come out tasting...pretty much the same.
During the 2 weeks I had the book, I tried several of the recipes - they were all pretty much forgettable even with the modifications that I made in upp'ing the spices.
The descriptions of how to prepare the various recipes were aimed at the novice cook -- which is not necessarily bad, but I'm not a novice cook in any sense of the word. There was also a presumption that just about every pkg of beef or chicken the cook would go to use would almost certainly still be frozen and have to be defrosted on the fly right before dinner . . advising that one plan ahead, and meal plan with reminders to take items out of the freezer the night before, or the morning of, would have been more helpful to the novice cook. Probably could have used more emphasis on the concept of weekly meal planning (other than just talking about reading the newspaper ads and planning around what is on special at your grocery store).
Overall - a rather mediocre repetitive set of recipes. Some good ideas. Not enough for me to buy it or check it out from the library a 2nd time.

Summary: "Helpful book."
During the week my schedule is pretty busy, and I grew tired of falling back on "Helper" meals, microwave meals, and pre-cooked frozen meals. The money I spent at the grocery store for these prepared meals was getting pretty expensive. I told my friend about my frustrations, so she bought me this book for Christmas. After reading through it, it seemed easy enough. To my surprise, it was. My grocery bill has gone down, and I am able to prepare and enjoy tasty, more nutritious meals almost every night of the week. I must say that I highly recommend this book.

Summary: "Not gourmet, but just right for every day family meals"
I bought this book the summer before I got married because I saw the recipe for Grey's Favorite Bread Pudding and Whiskey Sauce. I had recently had a similar dessert at a restaurant, and wanted to recreate it. Although that recipe and a few others are not "FAST", they are cheap and good. I'll admit that there were very few of these recipes that I used (although I loved the bread pudding and the recipes using the Thai Peanut Sauce) until we moved, had to live on a teacher's budget in an expensive area, and now have a child to please as well. Keeping those things in mind, I think it's a great recipe book. Simple, fun meals that our daughter can enjoy, but so can we. Some of the recipes are a little monotonous, usually calling for an onion and some canned tomatoes and served with rice or pasta, but there are enough options to break out of that rut if you want to. I do think that of all of my recipe books it is the most used. I love that the recipes don't call for just a pinch of a million expensive spices and ingredients. I have a lot less wasted food now that I use this book.
I also would often do my shopping once every two weeks which would cut down on how much I spent. If we ran out of snacks, too bad! These recipes are great because some only use canned, dried, and frozen ingredients, and others use more fresh ingredients. I would always cook all the fresher recipes the first week, and the non-spoil-ables the next week.

Summary: "Cheap. Fast. Good"
This book has tons of great recipes! It has lots of money saving tips. The recipes are made with alot of items you might already have in your freezer, fridge or pantry. These are easy to fix comfort foods that my family loves. The authors include alot of there own personal experiences throughout the book. The recipes are also not "junk food" either. The recipes are health-conscious or are easily adaptable to be health-conscious.
