Summary: "Doesn't work"

I bought this item and have tried with several different cords and it will not charge my ipod. The red light will come on for a little while and then turn off. I've left the ipod plugged in for 8 hours and it still did not charge. Waiting for a response from company. I would not recommend since it's just a waste of $3.

Summary: "Can't beat the price"

I've used this to charge my iPod Touch 3G a few times over the past month and haven't had any problems yet. I was a little worried when I read the stories about it frying people's iPods, but I've left mine charging overnight a couple times and nothing went wrong. It's cheap and does what it's supposed to. I couldn't give it 5 stars till I've seen how well it keeps up over time, but so far it's been a great value.

ADAPTOR WORKS GREAT. I AM USING IT FOR CHARGNG AN HTC WIRELESS PHONE. SO FAHR , NO PROBLEMS AND THE PHONE BATTERY IS FULLY CHRGED EACH TIME I AM USING THIS ADAPTOR.

Summary: "Fully-functional Alternative to Apple's Ripoff Device"

Works great with my iPod- charges it in full without needing a computer nearby and without syncing with iTunes when I don't want to. It does require the iPod USB cable. (I haven't tested it out with any other USB devices but I assume it works with those too.) Don't waste your money on Apple's name-brand counterpart-- get this for a fraction of the price!

Summary: "Amazing, and at this price? Wow."

An equivalent to the $29 Apple adapter for less than $3, yes please! This thing works awesome. I use it to charge an iPod classic, and two iPod touches. Works flawlessly. I even like this better than the Apple adapter because it has a little red light on it letting you know the outlet is live.
